How much does the Blooio iMessage API cost?
Blooio publishes a tiered Starter plan, a Commercial tier at $195 per line on a promotional rate, and custom pricing for inbound-only and enterprise use. The inbound tier is unusual in this category and is aimed at reply-first workloads such as support and agents.

The inbound tier is worth knowing about
Most providers price for outbound sending. If your use case is answering messages — a support line, an agent that responds rather than initiates — paying for outbound capacity you do not use is waste. Ask what the inbound tier actually costs. Running support on this channel.
Note the word promotional
A promotional per-line rate is a real price today and not necessarily a real price next year. Ask what it reverts to and when, and get the answer in writing before you build on it.
